All Field Team Members (FTMs) are carefully screened, trained, and assigned to supervised teams. We pride ourselves on our can-do attitude, team spirit, and commitment to quality at every level. In fact, our Quality Incentive Plan rewards FTMs for taking pride in their work and focusing on customer satisfaction.
Step 2
Our highly trained account managers and field team leaders supervise our FTMs and routinely perform quality inspections using our performance rated system that ensures our cleaning programs are efficiently executed and consistently satisfy our quality standards.
